Purpose Driven Careers

Purpose-Driven Careers CIC empowers and enables underserved young people in West London to discover their purpose through inclusive career education, guidance, and support. We aim to improve outcomes for vulnerable youth by raising aspirations, building essential skills, and fostering meaningful relationships that contribute to positive, lasting social change.

We provide high-quality, independent, and impartial career education and guidance to young people aged 11-19, and up to 25 for those with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP,) across seven local authorities in West London.

We deliver targeted support to young people at risk of becoming NEET (Not-in-Education, Employment, or Training) by addressing barriers such as accommodation, mental and physical health, and substance misuse.

We enhance the employability of young people through skills development, employer encounters, workplace experiences, and mentorship opportunities.

We aim to foster resilience, academic motivation, and personal development through a strengths-based, person-centred approach.

We collaborate with diverse partners from various industries to provide insight to real-world work environments, fostering networking and relationship-building opportunities for young people.
