About Project

Many young disabled people struggle to find a paid job or apprenticeship. We can provide specialist 1:1 support for up to 12 weeks to help find a new position as quickly as possible. Our programme provides advice, guidance and practical support on the aspects of job seeking that people find difficult. This includes: - Help with searching for and applying for suitable vacancies - CV and cover letter writing - Mock Interviews - Support with contacting employers to talk about disability needs and making reasonable adjustments - Confidence and experience building We also deliver workshops in schools to help prepare young school leavers.
