What

This opportunity is available for young people aged 16-30 with SEND.

Mahaba Cafe provides a supportive environment for young people with SEND, offering essential training and work experience. Our 'Employment Scheme in Partnership with Local Enterprises' aim to transition our learners from placements to paid roles, addressing the low 2.2% employment rate for those with learning disabilities in Ealing. By partnering with inclusive companies, they aim to create sustainable career paths, expanding our network to 15+ businesses. The program includes job coaching, mentorship, and safeguarding, with a focus on skills development. It supports long-term career growth and is regularly evaluated for effectiveness.
