Now in its fifth year, this flagship event shines a spotlight on the incredible achievements of Ealing’s young people, while celebrating the organisations and youth workers who make a profound difference in their lives.

On 1 October 2026, we will bring together over 300 guests—including civic leaders, inspiring young people, local businesses, and the voluntary sector—for an unforgettable evening of live performances, powerful stories, and high-impact networking.
