What

Our Mission:

Action West London aims to deliver its Mission and is working in Partnership with Department for Work and Pensions to help young people that have left care and need support finding employment. Our aim is to be a key strategic, service that delivers high quality provision to our service users.

Our Objectives:

• Support young people who have left the care system secure employment.
• Each individual will receive 12 hours of personalized one-on-one support and mentoring over 10-13 weeks, with hour-long sessions.
• Access individual needs to identify skill levels and career aspirations to find sustainable employment.
