What

We intend to work with 15-20 young people from Southall to develop their skills and confidence over one academic year through both trainings in the skills of community organising and working through the 5 steps to social change.

The outcome will be a group of young people who are more confident in their ability to participate in public life through a real-life experience of democracy. They will also create further local impact through what they achieve in their campaign – e.g. more living wage employers or better housing conditions.
