What

1to1 PROGRAMS

• 1hour CLIMBING SESSIONS. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at w10.

• SWIMMING THERAPY SESSIONS at Everyone Active Center at Acton (w3). Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 16:30 to 18:30, in the teaching pool, and Sessions in the Lane on Tuesday from 16:30 to 18:30. Our service users have the privilege of using a private changing room.

• SWIMMING THERAPY SESSIONS at w10. Every Sunday from 9:00 until 15:00

• FRIDAY SESSIONS (am): Swimming sessions, climbing sessions, and bespoke programs.

• HOME SUPPORT

• BESPOKE PROGRAMS

• COUNSELLING

1to1 SESSIONS (SMALL GROUPS)

• 1h FITNESS & EXERCISE SESSIONS: Every Monday from 16:00 to 18:00 at w10.

• 2h AFTER-SCHOOL SESSIONS - (1-hour climbing session and 1-hour activities in the classroom). Every Tuesday and/or Thursday, from 16:00 to 18:00 at w10

• 1h30 min AFTER-SCHOOL SESSIONS— (45 min swimming + 45 min activities in the classroom). Every Wednesday, from 16:30 to 18:00 at W3.

• 1h30 MIN SUNDAY SESSIONS- (45 min swimming + 45 activities in the classroom). Every Sunday at w10. 1^st slot: 9:30 to 11:00; 2^nd slot: 11:00 to 12:30; 3^rd slot: 12:30 to 14:00.
