What

Counselling at the Viking Community Centre, Northolt provides a safe and confidential space for young people to speak with a trained professional about their issues and concerns. Our counsellor helps the youth to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours to develop a better understanding of themselves and others whilst coming up with solutions to either make effective changes in their lives or cope with their problems. Counselling is provided both in English and Somali and is sensitive to the cultural and religious needs of the client.

We provide:

• One- to- one therapy (ages 10-25)
• Group sessions (ages 6-25)
• Family interventions

Service delivered in-person and online.
