What

This program is uniquely suited to young people who may be experiencing vulnerability, personal challenges, or grappling with behavioural and emotional issues. It is our belief that these individuals can significantly benefit from the guidance and resources we offer. Our comprehensive specialist mentoring program encompasses a wide range of subjects, and it's complemented by MMA training sessions, as well as both individual and group therapeutic sessions. The topics we cover include:

3. Goal Setting
4. Mindset Reset
5. Identity and Conflict
6. Self-Branding
7. Dealing with Rejection
